This is a live entertainment event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund if you are attending a class. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations or "NO SHOWS" will not be issued a store credit or refund. No exception!!!. Please check weather, traffic, and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Group reservations of 5 or more seats must cancel no less than 72 hours for a refund, and no less than 48 hours for store credit.

Cancellations or rebooking requests must be done by emailing us at: info@mixitupartstudio.com.

Please note for private events, if you cancel your 14 days or more prior to your event you will not be responsible for the remaining balance of the required 10 guests minimum for a regular event and 15 guests minimum for an Art After Dark Event you agreed to. However, your initial deposit are not refundable:

Mix It Up Creative Studio, LLC reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances or low reservation counts. Registrants will be notified by email and refunds will be processed immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Bad Weather: In the case of inclement weather, we may be forced to cancel a session. If we decide to cancel a session due to a weather storm emergency, all registered guests will be notified as quickly as possible via the email address you provided at time of your reservation. We will also post a notice on our Facebook page. Everyone registered will receive a studio credit. If you are registered for a session and it is your choice not to attend due to weather, our cancellation policy above applies.

Please note that there are no refunds or cash value on Gift Certificates..
