Make it a Birthday Party They’ll Always Remember!
Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday nights (start time no later than 3pm on Friday & Saturday). To reserve this 2-hour session for your child’s birthday party celebration, $100 deposit is required and then we will close this event off the event to the public. We will collect the balance an additional $25 per painter, the day of your party.
Next, select a painting from our Kids’ Party Painting Gallery below. Provide us with the approximate ages of the painters, and the total number of guests you expect. We will adjust the complexity of the paintings to suit the age of the attendees.
YES! It’s ok if the painting guests in your party are a mix of kids and adults.
We will allow time at the end of the session if you wish to bring cake and/or other treats (usually about 20 minutes or so). Please keep potential food allergies in mind when selecting treats.
Last minute guests are welcome. It is helpful to have a head count prior to your arrival. All reservations are subject to our cancellation policies which can be found below.
Are we allowed to bring in beverages and food?
Feel free to bring in your favorite food and drink for the children to enjoy during class! Remember the children are painting most of the time so finger foods are best! Please keep potential food allergies in mind when selecting treats. But please nothing that needs to be plugged in or requires a heat source, like a crock-pot or any warming devices that have open flame.
We require 14 days notice to cancel a private party. The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future party date. If the minimum spots are not paid in full 14 days prior to the event, we will open the class to the public and we reserve the right to change the painting. Once this is done, we cannot change the class back to a private party. If you cancel within 14 days, you forfeit your $100 deposit and your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.
